How I Built Shop Wall Rack For Material Storage

This is how I designed and built a Wall Rack for my Small Shop. Main purpose is to store material for Fabrication. Tubes, Pipes, Angles...etc...

The Rack can hold Materials upto 10feet in Length. Weight it can support may be upto 300 kgs. I will never load to that extent though.

I have used POP Rivet fastened Tube to prevent the Plywood from Sagging. This can be removed easily. All my designs and upcoming Projects can always be Partially Disassembled.
