Foreigner's perspective on the # 1 Turkish show on NETFLIX // "Bir Başkadır"

I've been living as a foreigner in Turkey for years now and watching this show really resonated with several personal experiences I've had here. I've lived in big, modern cities and I've lived in small, conservative villages. This show, in my opinion, accurately mirrors Turkish society today and the prejudices that inherently come with it. Bir Başkadır is a high quality show with some amazing actors and deep messages, I highly suggest watching it on Netflix!
