New Hermes CG Cutter Grinder Training and usage. My first stab at a training video on sharpening cutters. Hope you enjoy. Note 1: This is my method and works very well and can be done in less than 1 minute per cutter. The proper way is cumbersome and slow. Learn my way and make money. NOTE: I have sharpening cutters for 25 plus years, and all difficult jobs come my way. SST Titanium, soft plastic, odd shapes, molds, weld, etc etc. Those sharpening experts will find fault in my tipping by eye. But best you the user decide. For those that agree with me " God Bless You!" for those that don't, "I told you so". I can sharpen and tip a cutter in under 1 minute flat.
There is 1 miss reference in video. The angle to hold a cutter to the wheel is 20º head down and 7º away. With little practice is easy to do.
