Easy Baked chocolate oats | Healthy Breakfast Cake

This baked oats recipe turns out so delicious, just like a cake! BUT it's super healthy and you can eat it for breakfast.. who doesn't like cake for breakfast right?

Here's the recipe:
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

Blend everything in a blender and pour into 2 large ramekins or 4 smaller ones. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F/175C for 25-30 minutes.
