Crystal Dumpling 水晶饺子~晶莹剔透、美味诱人(糕点篇003)

水晶饺子

皮料:
澄面粉 200g
玉米粉 70g
盐 1/2 茶匙
食油 1汤匙
滚水 480ml

馅料:
沙葛 600g
红萝卜 150g
虾米 60g
蒜茸 1汤匙
盐 1茶匙
酱油 1汤匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙

Crystal Dumpling

Skin ingredients :
200g wheat starch
70g Cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
480ml boiling water

Filling :
600g sweet turnips
150g carrot
60g dried Shrimps
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
