the word propaganda is not misspelled anywhere in the video

I think the real purpose of this video though is to hopefully get someone to change the way we calculate special attack weapons in DPS calculators. Showing spec weapons as their own DPS number is good for comparing between spec weapons, but I think they should be shown as a number augmenting your main-hand weapon. Obviously this is way more complicated, and sadly I don't think I can help much with this (I tried in the video and every rewatch I feel like my math makes no sense whatsoever) but hopefully that happens!
