Bitcoin is a very volatile digital asset class and an asset class that has large peaks and valleys. Many bitcoin and crypto investors were anticipating a $100,000 bitcoin and some analyst were predicting bitcoin prices hitting as high as $2,000,000 and even one person issued a $10,000,000 bitcoin target. The reality is none of that will likely happen in the short term and bitcoin prices along with alt coin prices are likely headed much much lower. I believe that we will see this crypto winter be much colder than former corrections or crashes and we could likely see a bitcoin price under $10,000.

Many crypto investors will say that this is horrible however many long term value investors may think that crypto going to these levels is a great buying opportunity. I believe if we begin to see these prices hit that we will see a large majority of alt coins headed to zero. We could see ETH go to just a couple hundred bucks.

Big problems are coming all thanks to a change in the overall economy, increased interest rates, inflation, the job market, rising oil prices and global concerns about what could happen next. All of these situations happening at once is a black swan event many investors would say.
