Best Lip Balms for DRY Lips 2019

I have always had an issue with my lips becoming very dry and occasionally lightly chapped. I took it upon myself to start taking care of my lips, especially during the fall/winter season. I took more than a few trips to my local Sephora to search for top rated lip balms that I could try out and recommend to those who have the same issues as myself. Many of these lip balms are on the pricey side, but are very worth the price.

If I had to chose my top 3 lip balms of the 7 I listed, it would have to be:
1. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
2. Fresh Sugar Caramel hydrating lip balm
3. Clarins lip Comfort Oil
