Machining Delrin Light Diffusers on the Nomad 3

When we needed to produce a large number of tiny plastic parts, we decided to put our Nomad 3 to the test. It passed with flying colors.

We used our Super Hold kit to secure sheets of Delrin to our machine, and batched out hundreds of diffusers for installation in BitZero v2's. Using a compact desktop CNC mill to take on these parts allowed us to keep our larger VMCs working on other production parts, and minimize schedule impact.
