DJI Inspire 2 Drone Crashed into ENCORE BOSTON HARBOR!!!

DJI Inspire 2 Drone with the X5S camera purchased in late August 2017. The center frame previously needed to be replaced and it was in DJI possession for at least one month. The Inspire 2 lost connection with the remote control, failed to return to home (even though there was a clear path), veered off course and hit the new Encore Casino in Everett Massachusetts. The drone was found two days later by local law enforcement. The footage was corrupt and manually reconstructed. The area of the incident is industrial and mostly under construction. Interference is possible, however, multiple drones have flown there including this drone previously and a Phantom 4 following the mystery.

DJI's response was it is out of the warranty period of 1 year (by 3 months) so there is nothing they can do. This is completely unacceptable customer service for something of such value. With a drone that has DJI's name on it, you would think they would do more to limit liability. This video is in effort to put DJI on notice. Loyal customers deserve more.

***UPDATE: Since posting this video, DJI has reached out and have provided a case number. They have escalated the case and it remains with higher management. I want to thank DJI for taking this initiative.
