Card Technology Oasys Tapelayer Machine in operation

Our tape layer is now operational. This machine transfers high quality magnetic stripes to clear plastic sheets which will then be laminated onto a printed plastic core to become the basis for a printed plastic bank type card with a flush laminated magnetic stripe.

Ours is now fitted with the sheet cutter which can be seen at the end of the video.
