How to make zarda | mithay chawal recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Rice : 1 glass
Sugar: 1 glass
oil: 1 big spoon
Colours : red, yellow, green
DIRECTIONS:
Boil rice and strain water. Add oil , on heating add sugar, give a good mix. Add water and stir continuously to dissolve sugar. On evaporation of water from sugar, add boil rice and 3 colour rice . Cover for 10 minutes. Now give a good mix, ready for serve.
