My full day of eating 260g High Protein Diet of 2700 Calories bulking. I show what foods i eat in a day to achieve a high protein amount daily along with more tips on how to cook foods so they taste enjoyable. So when you're in a calorie surplus you can see ways to eat more calorie dense meals, as I get asked often by underweight skinny guys on how to eat a high protein bulking diet so I decided to show what i would eat in a day to reach over 250g of protein. This is a very high protein diet, to be honest I never planned to eat so much protein, I just tend to make high protein meals naturally so they just added up. Anything above 165g would be fine for me to consume and still make gains. But eating the 260g of protein won’t be a detriment.
