The millions of tiny needles used in biomicroneedling remain in the skin to activate, rejuvenate, and firm up its various layers for 48–72 hours.

DR. SPICULE's medical, certified biomicroneedling is carried out using tiny sponge spicule needles isolated from sponges rich in silica from pure sea or freshwater, instead of traditional metallic needles. These needles penetrate the skin from various angles without breaking its surface. During the treatment, the needles are massaged into all layers of the skin.
