Squat Jumps (At Home)
Set-up your usual squat stance, feet about hips to shoulder width apart, toes tracking forward or slightly out. Maintaining a neutral spine, bend at the knees and hips to descend into the bottom of your squat. Drive explosively through the legs and jump at full hip extension, softly landing in the same stance before descending down into another squat to start your next rep.
