A federal lawsuit filed in Texas wants to overturn the state's GOP-drawn redistricting map for Congress. We'll have the President & CEO of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, Melanie Campbell, talk about voting rights. The clemency for death row inmate Julius Jones has been postponed until a judge can decide if Jones can be added back to a lawsuit about execution methods.
