Maspinasarap na tinapay, simpleng mga ingredients pero malambot at siksik ang loon, hindi rin kailangan na imasa ng matagal, konting masa lang ay ok na. Perfect sa coffee masarap din ipartner sa ibang inumin.

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour, plus 1/2 cup for dusting
1/2 cup sugar or you can add more, depending on your taste
1/2 cup milk powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tbsp instant yeast
1 large egg (room temperature)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp milk powder or more for the top
