this practice is safe, effective, and simple.
i’ve designed the load so it truly works for everyone.
if your doctor allows physical activity, then you should practice.
very often, the spine needs stato-dynamic load, because this strengthens the deep muscles and helps reduce pain caused by hernias, protrusions, or simply keeps the back stable and safer from injuries.
we mainly work with the core strength. no complicated positions — this is pure foundation. this warm up works for many because the lower back is one of the most common sources of pain.

the title of this practice, “how to be more productive with modern yoga,” is not random. a person who is constantly sick, has low immunity, has back pain, joint issues, low energy, poor mood, and gets irritated easily will never earn much. in today’s practice, we’ll work through all of that. this is where yoga shines. this is why static load is so powerful.
