I hope you enjoyed this video. I've been wanting to make an apartment tour video for a while, but this is the first apartment I've lived in that I felt was worthy of a tour. I just moved in here with my girlfriend about 2 months ago, so we're still in the process of getting settled and decorating the place properly.

Our DTLA studio apartment is only about 600 square feet, but the large floor-to-ceiling windows make the place feel very spacious in our opinion. We toured like 10 different apartments before deciding on this unit, but the second we walked into this unit we knew it was the one we wanted.

A lot of apartments in LA have interiors from the 80's but wanted 2020 prices, so we're glad we found a place that was recently renovated for a fair price that checks all of our boxes. We wanted a place with a lot of natural light, with a washer and dryer, covered/reserved parking, and community amenities like a gym, pool, BBQ area and more...so this covers everything we wanted.
