How To Mess Up Pinion Bearing Preload and Disc Upgrade in a BMW E36 M3 188MM Differential

I talk about the trials and tribulations on my venture to rebuild my differential at 250,000 miles. A couple notes I missed. 1. you have to replace the crush sleeve each time you use it. 2. You don't have to replace the bearings unless they are bad. I only went after the pinion bearings because of the damage to the carrier bearing... I wanted to be sure they weren't bad (one of them did have some pitting). Enjoy!
