Flooding on I-10 between Cotton and Piedras is a big problem when excessive rain falls in a short period of time during the monsoon season.

This video production and 3D animation we created for El Paso Water Utilities and Bath Engineering shows the proposed solution to the problem by redirecting the accumulated storm water on I-10, into the Magnolia Pump Station, and then to the Rio Grande.

This video Production and 3D animation speaks more to the public and stakeholders, than the engineering technical drawings on sheets of paper. The 3D animation is a great tool for the people of El Paso to understand the project and its benefits in the long run.
