Super soft dudhi na thepla

DUDHI (LAUKI) NA THEPLA -

Excited to share my recipe for soft lauki thepla - perfect for a healthy and delicious meal! 🌿 Follow the tips in the video to ensure your thepla turns out extra soft and flavorful.

Ingredients:

1 cup grated bottle gourd (Lauki)
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup besan 
3-4 green chilli paste 
1 small piece of ginger grated
1 tbs white sesame seeds
3 tsp Dhania powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (turmeric)
1/2 tsp Hing - optional
1 tbs Kasoori Methi
Salt per taste 
1/4 cup Curd (use as required)
Fresh Coriander 
Sugar (I have not added- it’s optional but you can add some)

Recipe - 

mix everything well and make soft dough. 
Apply some oil on the dough so that it doesn’t get sticky. 
Take out portions and roll it thin, use dry flour to roll. 
Place thepla on a hot tawa, dry cook on both the sides till you see golden bubbles (like chapati). 
and then apply oil again on both the sides. 
Cook for just one minute on medium flame.
That’s how you get soft thepla. 
Enjoy with chai and chunda.
You can keep these thepla outside  for 4-6 days. You can de-freeze these thepla easily for 4 months.
