Note: Arthur Fiedler died on July 10, 1979 - this is one of his last performances with the Pops as conductor.

Technical Notes: This program seems to have been received and transmitted across the "PBS Interconnect" a bit darkly, with incorrect color. While we did not correct the brightness issue, we did attempt to correct the color problem.
