ZM R9100 full automatic BGA rework station with Dipping flux/Solder paste & detin functioin

Seamark BGA Rework Station ZM-R9100 （Max PCB size 750*560mm） is used for the automatic repairing of various QFN，IC, SMD on PCB board. It adopts high resolution CCD vision system and independent temperature control technology, Non-contact solder/Tin removal, realization of disassembly, de-solder, Auto Dipping paste/Flux, mounting and other functions.
