- A very interesting job ad I just spotted from Linus Media Group. In this video I run the ad and make some comments over what makes it so special.

Point by point:
1. The one directly responsible for the job ad is the one doing it
2. Backbone (this is not just to test the waters)
3. Subtle way to showcase company culture
4. Informal language
5. Positivity (and clarity)
6. Why the job is interesting (despite their 5million followers)
7. Filters (uniqueness)
8. Guides the applicant to what's next (a Google Form in this case)
