Draping library for beginners to professional dressmakers
This time, I draped a kimono collar on a short jacket. The combination of wide shoulders and short length is like the 90's. I drew stripes on the cloth so that you can see how the texture moves with draping. Dior often designed this type of darts in the 1940s.
今回はショートジャケットに着物の襟をドレープしました。ワイドショルダーとショート丈のコンビネーションは90年代のようです。 ドレーピングで布目がどのように動くかがわかるように、布にストライプを描いてみました。このダーツの扱いは40年代にディオールがたびたびデザインしていましたね。
