Hi I'm Rachel Brady, mum of 3 kids, living in the Peak District. Ex digital marketer, mainly SAHM but also blogger / vlogger / wellbeing guide. I made lots of blog posts videos over a period of about ten years on mummy stuff, then took a break to retrain in wellbeing (yoga, coaching, reiki and more) but now I am back with conscious home and wellbeing content. I love food, simple home life, essential oils, wellbeing and spirituality.
