CSharp 0004 - Making a New Controller with a single parameter web method

This episode builds on the previous episodes with Swagger and C# making a web service/web api.
In this episode, I'm creating a new controller with a web method that squares the value sent to it. This shows how to create a controller, create a web method, some simple error handling, and how to wire a route to send values to your classes method.
