This fantastic Modular home has so many great features we couldn't fit all the details into one video. This home has a kitchen to die for with black stainless appliances, an exterior that rivals any site-built home, and fixtures that do the same.

This modular floor plan has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the option to finish the upstairs and add at least 2 more bedrooms and another bath. Downstairs this home is about 1,700 square feet and another 1,200 square feet could be added if you were to finish the upstairs.

The modulars of today have come so far. some modules are built better than a site-built home. for example, this home has 2x6 exterior walls, 2x10 floor joist, and everything is 16" on center. With the 9/12 roof pitch, you truly are getting home instead of a modular.
