Icom IC-T10. Could it be the default HT?

For what I need a handheld amateur radio for, the Icom IC-T10 requires no manual to operate it. I can use it with cold hands, it’s IP67 and the audio reports are outstanding.
Do we need anything more complicated and less robust?
