Russia Nears End of Easing Cycle, Central Bank Governor Says

Dec.08 -- Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina says the country is nearing the end of its monetary easing cycle after cutting interest rates to a record low. She wouldn't say how the central bank will act at a rates decision scheduled for Dec. 18. She spoke exclusively to Bloomberg's Guy Johnson on "Bloomberg Markets."
