TRX for Seniors

TRX the company promotes to a young demographic. Rarely are their YouTube videos featuring exercises specifically for over 60's. I have started using their suspension trainer with all my clients (many over 80!) and they love it. I make sure what we do is safe and spot them all the time. Get with it TRX and promote to us young oldsters!
