We're All Aging Together - Supporting Seniors in Alameda County

California's population is aging fast and most seniors want to remain in their homes as they age. But health and mobility challenges can make this hard.

Older adults in Alameda County can count on LIFE ElderCare, a non-profit community-based organization, to help them stay connected to health, resources, and community. We offer a variety of services - Meals on Wheels, transportation assistance, fall prevention, and friendly visitors - as well as care coordination throughout the county for seniors with more complex needs.

You can help support this good work by getting involved: volunteer a few hours a week, make a donation, or spread the word to a friend or neighbor in need. Because we're all again together, and having a supportive community can make all the difference.
