WATCH: Where is the solar eclipse's path of totality?
With the total solar eclipse approaching in just a few days, here's a quick look at whether you're in the path of totality. The April 8 solar eclipse will last up to 4 minutes and 28 seconds for those in the path of totality. During this time, the moon will line up perfectly between the Earth and the sun, blocking out its light. Fifteen U.S. states will be in the path. Be sure to find yourself a pair of special eclipse glasses, which are essential to protecting your eyes when viewing the spectacle. Regular sunglasses won't be able to offer adequate protection.
