Old Rag Fire Road to Robertson Mtn, to Weakley Fire Road to Old Rag Fire Road

At milepost 43 on Skyline Drive I hiked the Old Rag Fire Road to the Robertson Mountain Trail to the Weakley Hollow Fire Road to the Old Rag Fire Road. This is a very difficult hike, but especially difficult if you hike it clockwise. The last 5 to 6 miles is all uphill with a very steep grade. If you hike it counterclockwise, I am guessing you could cut 2 miles off elevation gain. There are no river crossings. Elevation gain totaled 2,690 feet. It took 4 hours 18 minutes to hike to 11 mile trail.
