D-Class Open Lobbies Are a Little Too Slow (Forza Motorsport)

We went from P-Class last week to D-Class open lobbies. Essentially D-Class is basically C-Class but less power. Handling builds are also significantly stronger here as there is simply no room for horsepower increase.
