Bokeh Watercolor Made Easy

Recently I learned this new way to make the Bokeh effect from rosannecreates on IG. Overall I liked this method because it helped me make my circle shapes more precise. Sometime when I make them with a brush they come out lopsided. I did have to go over the shapes more than once with a dry papertowel on the dime. Bokeh is tricky--getting just the right amount of water on the page, not too little, not too much. Practice makes progress!
