Stale PRs don't go stale because reviewers are lazy. They go stale because nobody can tell at a glance what the PR is actually about or whether it's blocking anything important.

This demo shows how CodeRabbit Agent for Slack scans open PRs idle for more than 8 hours and posts a thread in your engineering channel with the author @-mentioned, the reviewer @-mentioned, and a one-line summary written from the diff — not the title.

That last part is what makes it work. "Fix flaky test" might be the auth refactor in disguise. The agent reads the diff and tells you what it actually is, so reviewers can triage in 30 seconds instead of clicking through to figure out if it's worth their time.

Cadence is tunable: hourly, every 4 hours, twice a day — whatever your team can absorb.
