Theresa May challenges Boris Johnson on Covid lockdown parties after Gray report

The former prime minister asked Johnson whether he had either not read Covid rules, or did not understand them, or thought he was exempt.

May said people had the right to expect the prime minister to have understood the rules, and to follow them. Johnson said May would have to wait for the conclusion of the Met inquiry.
