SUPER BOWL APPETIZERS & EASY DESSERT

Hey guys! Today I am sharing some yummy goodness just in time for the Super Bowl. These appetizers and dessert are easy to whip up.

Instant Pot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
8 oz cream cheese
14 oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
14 oz Parmesan cheese
8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup chicken broth
14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp onion powder
Place all ingredients except Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese in the Instant Pot. Stir together. Close lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Do a quick release. Stir in cheese. Serve with chips, carrots or bread.

Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. In small bowl mix together melted butter, olive oil and hot sauce. In another bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Pour hot sauce mixture over cauliflower and mix around until all cauliflower florets are coated. Add half of the almond flour mixture to cauliflower and gently mix until coated and then add the rest and mix until fully coated. Transfer prepared cauliflower to the air fryer. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.

No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
7 oz marshmallow fluff
8 oz cool whip
21 oz pie filling
graham crackers
Mix together cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Add in cool whip and combine well. Spread into a 2-quart dish. Top with pie filling. Serve with graham crackers.
