Comparison weight loss before and after

After 4 years of working and teaching photography online, the weight piled on and I felt like cr*p. With a charity moto x ride through Africa looming, I was determined to lose the weight.

I simply read a great weight loss book, changed my lifestyle and 3 stone of fat was lost in 10 months using this excellent nutrition and "how to lose body fat" book by a well known body builder in the US that blew me away in its simplicity.
