Mixed Pakoda Recipe⤵️

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed dried coriander (dhania)
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 2 tsp dried methi (fenugreek leaves)
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 3 chopped green chilies
- Black salt and pink salt (to taste)
- Gram flour (besan)
- Water

Vegetables for Mixed Pakoda:

- Cabbage (thinly sliced)
- Spinach (thickly cut)
- Potato (julienne cut)
- Onion (sliced)
- Capsicum (julienne cut)

Vegetables for Separate Pakoda:

- Cauliflower
- Brinjal
- Spinach leaves
- Hard-boiled eggs

Instructions:

Add water(room temperature) prepare the gram flour batter for pakoda. Add all the dried spices, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies to the gram flour. Mix well and add water to form a thick batter. Prepare the mixed pakoda with the thick batter. Then, separate a portion of the batter and add water to make it thinner. This thinner batter will be used for coating and frying separate pakodas. Coat each piece with the thinner batter and fry until golden. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
