Defining the crime of aggression - Vladlena Padun

Vladlena Padun, an analyst at the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union (UHHRU), explains the definition of the crime of aggression and the creation of the global initiative T4P — “Tribunal for Putin” — launched in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. T4P members document events across Ukraine that bear signs of crimes under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, including genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
