After binge-watching Anthony Bourdain from Season 1, I’ve been absolutely craving a bowl of heavy, authentic ramen—and this hit the spot! This isn't your average supermarket cup-of-noodles.

We stopped by Kyoto Ramen in Schererville, Indiana to go raw and uncensored for a dinner review. We tried out their amazing non-dairy Thai Tea (crucial for me!), the rich Tonkotsu Ramen with soft-boiled eggs and fish cake, the chicken ramen, and a side of pork fried rice to share.

The spot has a 4.4 rating online, and while a few reviews complained about the prices, in this economy, everything is up—but the quality and massive ingredients here make it absolutely worth it.
