A total of 44 localities of Kherson region have been liberated by Ukrainians | Arma3:MilSim

In total, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 37,870 Russian invaders, with 300 Russian soldier killed over the previous day alone.

In the Donetsk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine again inflicted losses on Russian invaders and forced them to retreat. In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repulsed an enemy assault near the village of Kurulka.

"There are territories, populated localities that have been liberated. I rely exclusively on official data agreed with the General Staff. These are 44 localities," Dmytro Butriy, acting head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said at an online press conference for Kherson journalists, organized by the Centre for Investigative Journalism

The localities belong to Velyka Oleksandrivka, Kochubeyivka, Novovorontsovka territorial communities.

The situation is very tense, it has been like that since the first days, Butriy noted.

The acting head of the administration noted that he had spoken with the military on the front line liberating Kherson region. They work very efficiently and are "incredibly motivated", he said.

As reported, the day before, the Ukrainian defense forces attacked two control points of enemy troops and a landing pad in Nova Kakhovka.
