15 MINUTES ON BOURBON STREET + Arrival at New Orleans Marriott (Louisiana Travel)

We are back in NOLA baby! New Orleans is hands down our favorite city to visit!! You can come here over and over and never have the same experience. We like to try new hotels, new restaurants and new tours. Not to mention, you can just walk down the street and find something you have never noticed before.

We are staying at the New Orleans Marriott on Canal Street as we love this location. Staying on Canal, you are centrally located between the French Quarter and the Central Business District and so much is in walking distance. We asked for the highest floor they could give us and were put on the 39th floor in a corner room. These views are the best we have ever had of the city!! Both during the day and at night.

Our first evening in NOLA, we just went for a nice long walk. We went through Jackson Square and ended on Bourbon Street. New Orleans is alive and well and people are ready to enjoy themselves... especially at night on Bourbon Street... Every bar you go into has a different feel to it. Try several to find the ones that are a fit for you... We give you a nice overview of what to expect on this infamous street....
