***Sicilian lemon carrot cake. 1 HEB & zero syns on slimming world***

Amazing syn free cake if using your HEB for the oats. I have these for breakfast, but you can save your HEB and have them for a pudding.

You can play around with the flavours. I've done so many different versions!! The lemon one was gorgeous!!! I've also added ginger and cinnamon to them.
