100 push ups a day in 30 days

I have done a challenge which is 100 push ups a day for 30 days. I started last 17/11/2019 to 16/12/2019. I have to do total of 100 push ups within the day. Initially i tried just a regular push ups but because i go to the gym and also still train in between. I have to do variations as to relieve some pressure on my muscles and also to target other muscle group. I would recommend this if you want to challenge yourself and this is still better than doing nothing. The problem with this is your muscles does not have enough rest to met potential and optimal gain. If you are begginner you could also be prone to injury as it is repetitive and targets nearly the same muscle groups everyday. If you are trying to master skills i would not recommend doing such challenge as you no not have enough recovery time. As i work and have responsibilities after 100 push ups sometimes i was tired already and not able to do other work outs. I din gain a lot in view of stregth, stamina, lost some fat but maintained my weight at 73-75kgs throughout this challenge. If anyone is curious i am on low carb diet at the momment.
