The Story of How Beatles/Stones Engineer Glyn Johns Became a Big Star in Spain (1967)
I recently noticed that this video about Glyn Johns, which I uploaded on this channel a couple of years ago, got blocked. So I edited out a couple of small excerpts from the video and here it is again for you to watch.
"Those who watched the Beatles' "Get Back" documentary probably noticed the very talented enginer and producer Glyn Johns looking like the coolest cat in Swinging London. Glyn worked with some of the greatest bands of that era: The Rolling Stones, the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Small Faces, and many more. However, many people probably don't know that he became a big star in Spain in 1967 after recording a cover of the Stones' song "Lady Jane", featuring Brian Jones on sitar. Here's the surreal story of how Glyn Johns became a big star there."
