Virtual Hike: Hoh Rainforest, 4K, Olympic National Forest, Washington

Right after we've waited for the Bull Elk to walk safely away from the start of the trail, we'll begin our hike, on an early summer morning, completing the "Hall of Mosses" loop trail. Then, as the sun rises through the trees, we'll walk down the Spruce Nature Trail. Finally, we'll head a little ways up the Hoh River Trail where, after an hour of hiking, we finally meet up with a herd of wild Elk crossing the trail. The final scene is of the Hoh River, just a few hundred yards upstream from the spot where we ran into the Elk.
If you listen closely near end of the video where the Elk are, you'll hear baby Elk making sounds.
Update: YouTube automatically placed a bunch of ads every ten minutes or so through this video. I have now (as of Sep 10th afternoon) removed most of those often irritating ad breaks.
